We are sorry you had this service from us. However, we can assure you your order was not lost. It was received by us on 21st August, and was processed on 22nd August. There was a lead time, due to the order being painted of 15 working days, which you will have been advised about. A customer services advisor did suggest your order was lost, and we are very sorry for this. However, it certainly was not, and your order was delivered in the time scale we would have expected, on 15th September.
Brackets etc are delivered with the goods, however, they can sometimes be mislaid or go missing. We are sorry this appears to have happened in your case, however, the Proof of Delivery does state 1 Radiator, plus 1 Box, which the parts would have been in. We did of course replace these missing parts for you FOC.

Bespoke rad. Order
Ordered a bespoke rad. E-mailed to get a brochure and colour chart then placed order on line which was easy, got a call to arrange delivery a couple of weeks later. Was all very well handled and easy to do. Also they sent a bag of pasta shaped a bit like a radiator a week or so later which was nice!

A marvellous experience
I ordered two Ancona column radiators with cast legs directly from The Radiator Company. I'm so very glad that I ordered direct instead of going through a intermediate seller or warehouse.
The interactive "Build your radiator" tool was immensely useful in visualising my radiator. You can adjust the columns, mounting, height, width and colour. It made me feel confident in placing my order and knowing what to expect.
Delivery of the radiator went smoothly. The radiator and its associated parts were carefully packaged and the kind delivery driver carried the boxes to our room.
The radiators themselves are utterly chic and very well built. I am so happy with how they look.
Throughout the order process, I received professional and prompt communication from Tracey, Louise and Abbie. They helped me amend my order and kept me informed of my delivery date.
I wholeheartedly recommend The Radiator Company and the Ancona column radiators.

Hiccup handled well.
Ordering the radiator (standard size and colour) was straightforward. The Company contacted me to arrange a delivery time. I was out at the time of delivery, and when I checked the box later that day, it was clear that the wrong width radiator had been sent. So I phoned the Company and was able to arrange delivery of the correct width radiator within four days - it actually arrived at 7.00am - rather unexpectedly! So, although something had gone wrong in the despatch department, and times of deliveries were not advised in advance, the staff who dealt with the issue handled it well.
The radiator is yet to be installed, so I cannot comment on it in situ. But I ordered this one because we have recently had an identical one installed in another bathroom, and it looks great & behaves as it should.

Very pleasant honest company to deal with, curved radiator delivered exactly when they said it would be.
I installed it the same day with no problems and fitted it perfectly.I would definately recommend this company and use them again.

Radiator damaged before delivery and not enough brackets
We ordered a bespoke Ancona Curved radiator arrived damaged with scratches on the edges. The bubble warp packaging was undamaged, so this must have happened before it was shipped to our local plumbers merchant. One mark was under the coating so that was damaged during manufacture.
The Radiator Company refused to take it back unless the plumbers merchant paid a £400 restocking charge.
Also, the radiator came with just two flimsy brackets, not enough to support the radiator even when there's no water in it. It needs a few more to support it properly because of the curve.
Very disappointed.

We would like to have the opportunity to investigate and provide a full response to you, however we are unable to identify your order, without a little more information. We do not hold, or often get supplied with, the final customers details when we receive orders from a Merchant.
From your comments it appears that you placed your order via one of our Merchant customers, as we have over four thousand accounts across the country it is impossible to identify your order without more details. If you could contact us either by phone 01342 302250, email; sales@theradiatorcompany.co.uk or via Trustpilot giving the Merchant name and branch address, date of order and the details of the product you ordered, size colour etc, we should be able to trace it and then establish what has occurred.
With regards to your concerns regarding the reliability of the brackets, please be assured that they are fully tested to take 50kg each. We use these brackets on all wall mounted Ancona’s we supply in the UK and across Europe. If anyone feels the need to have additional brackets, we are more than happy to assist.

Very fast service, quality products, glad we could replace the same radiator valves as we had bought 5 years ago. Shame we had to buy the set of 2, when we only needed just 1. But shocked at the increase in costs over the 5 years.

Thank you for taking the time to review our service. We are pleased we delivered the valves to you in a quick and efficient manner. Unfortunately, the valves are sold as a set, or pair (what is called a lockshield and a wheelhead). Splitting these out is not really an option, and would result in us wasting one part or the other.
With regards to rising costs, we are afraid this is very real across the industry. Our average costs have risen dramatically in the last year alone, primarily driven by raw material costs. It is a shame, however, we have no control over this.
We are pleased you like the valves, and hope they help in keeping you warm.
