Sturdy product and straight forward to fit. They are a bit light so a weight on the top while the sealant dries - but other than that great product at great price

While the product is good, I paid for 24 hour delivery and it still took 3 days. Two weeks later, I have yet to receive a refund or an apology.

Outstanding service. These were required for fitting but Evri had not delivered after a week (despite getting messages that the parcel was at their depot). Thermahood sent a second parcel by DPD which took 2 days.

Had to cut a couple of Thermahoods down in height as they couldn’t be placed otherwise due to restrictions. This was easily done with a multi tool.

They fit well. They are great. Insulation is laid around and over them. Great product.

Tremendous difference to the temperature in my kitchen now the covers are in and insulation installed over the top.

The hoods are exactly as described, they arrived promptly and were straightforward to install. The loft is re-insulated and we feel safe to know the hoods are in place above each downlighter.

Having placed a last minute order at 1pm on a Friday, we paid extra for next day delivery but expected it to arrive Monday (hopeful for Saturday). It arrived promptly on the Saturday. Very happy.

I ordered some thermahoods which were delivered promptly and which look just as they were described. Now to find time to fit them!!

The hoods were exactly what I needed for my home project and are easy to fit. Items ordered originally didn’t turn up so contacted Thermahood who were extremely helpful via email and by phone and dispatched a second delivery out immediately. Support was excellent.

Clear website and procurement process, Easy to get drawings and commercial info Efficient packaging and fast at shipment, including for me a border to cross (EEC), Compliant : product well packed at Qty, and as desbribed.
However, purchasing through Amazon Can be a cheaper option ... (I cannot due to Amazon, but for those living outsider UK: to challenge !).
This remains a simple product : nice direct contact with Thermahood remains simple as well.

Had a problem with the courier temporarily loosing the parcel but another was immediately dispatched without delay and returned when it eventually arrived
