I ordered Kit Heath earrings for my girlfreinds birthday which turned out to be faulty. After agreeing they would be exchanged I was told I'd be given the replacement by the next day. It's been nearly two weeks and I've been told they mistakingly used the wrong postal service and it's on the royal mail and there's nothing they can do. I've also been given a winking face emoji when dealing with my discrepancy which is highly unprofessional. I understand that the RM is stressed, but I bought them with the agreement that I'd receive them by a certain date for an event. I have emails to clarify this.

I was disappointed with my Trollbead bracelet purchase, having requested a slightly larger bracelet I received one which was much larger. Will not be buying bracelets from here again.

Disappointed I ordered troll bead earings on 3 rd Jan 2022. Money taken told order on way. Then told week later out of stock. I received e mail asking if wanted to reorder items or wait until back in stock or whether want refund. I hate sites that take money for products that they do not have in stock . I think it is miss selling a product. As the item was intended for a birthday gift waiting week has meant the recipient is without gift as I do not not have enough time order from elsewhere and also have wait money be refunded. I will update my review once my money has been refunded. At present would not recommend purchasing from this site.
