I can not thank Jane enough for the 3 necklaces she produced from my mam's fingerprint. Unfortunately our Mam passed away in January of this year so you can understand how sentimental these pieces of jewellery are to us. Communication was excellent and timely. Excellent company. Jane created a superb fingerprint charm necklace for my grandchildren to give to my wife on her 60th birthday. Timing was quite tight but she still produced a beautiful piece in good time. My wife and I were quite emotional when we saw it. I would highly recommend this super talented jeweller. My experience of dealing with The Silver Impression Company was 100% positive. I didn’t mix the two moulding composites together correctly, subsequently, Jane Allman sent replacements, free of charge and as we were up against my Daughter’s Birthday present deadline, she insured the finished charms arrived in time. I absolutely love my finger print necklace, and haven't stopped wearing it. From the moment I ordered it, nothing was too much trouble even during these difficult times.
I cant thank you enough.

Not happy at all. Took over 2 months from date of order to receive the items, and only then after repeated emails and confirmations that the items would be sent....... and then they weren't.
Items were sent with the wrong type and size of chain.
Overall, the impressions cannot be seen, just look like 2 small dark smudges, which fill over half of the pendant. Appreciate that older peoples prints can be faint, but come on! these are tiny and non existent - I can actually fit the entire pendant into the finger impression. Definitely not "approximately the same size" as stated on the website.
Wording should have had mum on 1 and date on the other - came with both!
Lots of excuses, but no reasons given for 2 month wait.
Made a trip to Scotland on date given for delivery - didn't arrive!
Did get a 10% discount though - which I have been made to feel like I should be grateful for (how about waiting 2 months, chasing for updates, giving excuses, wrong dates, wrong chains, wasting 2 days leave to pick up, fuel etc, etc, etc......), we feel we have been robbed and that we should just accept it.
Told them I would supply photos to confirm my issues - the didn't even bother to accept - just gave more excuses. Nearly £130 worth of nothing.
