SkinnyJab has been incredible from start to finish — the support from Caroline and the team is genuinely next‑level. They make you feel guided, understood, and encouraged at every stage of the weight‑loss journey. The service is fast, personal, and so reassuring, and I’ve never felt more confident or cared for. I honestly love this site and the way they go above and beyond for their clients. I’ve tried a couple of other providers, but none of them come close to the level of care Caroline and the SkinnyJab team offer.

Coming back after a little time off
Had to stop using Mounjaro for a bit just because of my finances but I knew when I started again I’d comeback to skinny jab. All of the staff you speak to are so friendly and the WhatsApp service for any questions you may have is great. Would highly recommend.

Real Results. A Healthier, Happier Me, With Skinny Jabs!!! :)
I decided to try Skinny Jabs after hearing mixed reviews, and I’m genuinely pleased with my experience. The process was simple, the instructions were clear, and the support team were professional throughout. Within the first week, I noticed a real difference in my appetite — I felt fuller quicker and wasn’t constantly thinking about food.
Over the year, I went from 12 stone down to 9 stone, and as I write this review, I’m now 8.5 stone. The weight loss has been steady and natural, and the programme helped me break old habits and stay consistent. It gave me the structure and control I needed to reset my routine and build healthier habits.
I also want to mention Claire, who has been a great support throughout my journey. Her guidance and reassurance made the process feel manageable and kept me motivated.
The only “negative” for me is that I’ve had to buy a whole new wardrobe — but that’s a problem I’m more than happy to have. Skinny Jabs didn’t feel like a quick fix; they supported my journey and helped me stay focused.
Overall, I’m really pleased with my results and would recommend Skinny Jabs to anyone looking for extra support with appetite control and long‑term weight management.

I have used skinny jab before on previous occassions very happy with the products and service not this tine
I had been on mounjaro 15mg for seceral weeks no weight loss looked at some research spoke to my chemist who stated weight could have stalled advised to change to wegovy but would have to start at lowest dose after 1 clear week without monjaro checked with another chemist same advise
Ordered wegovy .25mg from skinnyjab they stated i could start on highest dose!! And that i was wasting ny money i did not expect this resonse
Also offered appointmenr whicj i excepted x2 made no call received they thwn asked what no i was using stated the 1 they were using for sms on which i was being messaged on

Hi Joanne, we are sorry to hear this. We did call you several times via whatsapp and we got no reply. The calls are recorded on a call log and were definately made. if you did not recieve the call, then there is a technical issue at your end. The clinician messaged you and advised that starting on a low dose of wegovy would be a waste of money and would not work. You can change to wegovy, but we advised it would not be effective unless titrating with a higher dose- not starting on a higher dose. We also advised that diet can be a reason that this medication does not work as well as it should. If a 15mg Mounjaro is not effective - that is a very strong dosage and we were trying to troubleshoot this with you. We are here for you and if you need any help in the future please let us know

I was made to feel very welcome to Skinny Jab and the process was explained in a very friendly many. No high pressure sales just a friendly chat on the phone.. none of the other suppliers even considered a call. The information supplied includes a lot of information including diets and meal plans. Very well thought out!

You can trust the product is as it should be and been stored at the correct temperatures etc, I wouldn’t trust some faceless online pharmacy. Professional kind and friendly …
Mainly, Caroline and her team give proper professional, informed expertise and assessment which seems lacking in many of the other providers of weight loss products!
But also they do it with kindness and understanding of the mindset of those of us with long term weight issues whilst doing so in a fun, friendly way. You feel part of a club.
I am a retired GP and am glad to have done it this way.
