I don't buy very much from The Soapery so it is always pleasing to see that even if you only order something small, there is no postage and packing fee.

Great service and lovely products. Gas delivery and we’ll packaged thank you

I've been ordering from them over a period of a few years. Sadly I've now had an unpleasant experience purchasing from them via Amazon. Amazon who are using Royal Mail as the delivery agents for what was to be a 24hr delivery, following 2 falsly stated attempts to deliver ( I was home, no one came) I'm now on my 3rd day of waiting. I've lost orders, and time waiting. I thought to replace my order directly on Soapery until I saw they would also use Royal Mail for small deliveries :,( Sadly I will no longer shop with them as all small orders are only Royal Mail, Who don't deliver) no way to connect to complaints on Royal Mail, so you're left with nothing.

Good luck with your small orders!

Ive been buying from the Soapery for a few years now and I always find myself coming back because of the bargain with prices for natural products and the amazing quality of those products. My orders always arrive in a timely fashion and are well protected in the packaging.
