Property Manager Conflict
I toured this property in person and had a very uncomfortable interaction with the property manager. While I was speaking with another staff member about income requirements, the manager interrupted and stated that my application would likely be denied without even completing a screening, based on overhearing part of my situation. This was confusing because I had not applied yet and was still gathering information.
When I asked for the corporate contact information, the conversation became even more tense and I was told “google it yourself”. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, and it left me concerned about how applicants and residents are treated here.
To clarify, I never submitted an application. After this experience, I decided not to move forward. Based on my March income, I do meet the income requirements, but the communication during my visit made me uncomfortable enough to ultimately chose to continue my search elsewhere. This review reflects my personal experience during an in-person tour.
