No after sales or Warranty.
I bought a bigboi mini plus blower. This is supposed to have a 3 year warranty. After 3 uses over 2 months the cable became loose in the housing. There is a risk of shorting and electrocution.The Ultimate Finish told me I would have to fix it myself or return for repair at my cost. Do not buy anything here. There is no after sales service and no Warranty.

Sorry to see you are not happy with the service.
We did offer to tighten the cable and had also advised that it was a easy fix so returning the unit would not be required.
As an online retailer, we have to follow the manufacturers guidelines on warranty. In this instance, as your order was outside 30 days, the return cost would fall to the customer.
We have since offered to collect the unit as a gesture of goodwill but have not heard from you. Please email sales@theultimatefinish.co.uk and we will be more than happy to help.

Great foam lance
Great foam lance, gives a great finish for the price. Only down side is how the karcher adapter sits on the product... when using karcher lance I have to hold it at a 90 degree angle. Not Ultimate finish issue though, that's just a compatibility issue

Easy ordering process
Easy ordering process, tracked delivery by Royal Mail within 3 days, and great product. Ultimate finish came with sponge applicator and an extremely large polishing off cloth. Easy to apply and buff off if instructions are followed. Don’t apply too much (you don’t need a lot), make sure you wait at least 5 minutes, and it shines up with little effort. Excellent product and excellent service, and if it lasts 3 months there is a couple of years worth of wax.

an alle Käufer aus Deutschland
an alle Käufer aus Deutschland: Ac htung, im Verkaufsprozeß wird NICHT darauf hingewiesen, daß 1.) die Einfuhrzölle noch NICHT enthalten sind und 2.) beim Versand mit UPS von denen nochmals "Maklergebühren" vereinnahmen (bei mir 15 Euro). Falls man diese nicht zahlen will, wird die Ware nicht ausgeliefert oder zurückgeschickt. Die Rückzahlung wird dann um Steuer und "Maklergebühr" gekürzt! Trotz der Intransparenz gab es keine Kulanz/Erstattung. ICH kaufe dort nie wieder ein.
update: ich habe nun eine Erstattung in Höhe von15,65 GHP erhalten. Danke dafür. Daher habe ich meine Bewertung von einem Stern auf drei Sterne angehoben.

Just placed my first couple of orders…
Just placed my first couple of orders with Ultimate Finish for Big Boi blowers and they were delivered on time and great quality finish.Love all the detailed information on the web site . I had a customer service enquiry regarding discounts which was sorted immediately by Max and also like the loyalty scheme which will in time reduce prices on orders automatically. I don't have much opportunity to award companies 5 stars but in this case well deserved.Highly recommend..
