We ordered 1,000 Tyvek wristbands in a variety of colours for a small festival. Ethan handled our order quickly and efficiently, offering a great price and fast delivery. We were delighted with the service and will definitely use them again next year!

I needed the wristbands for an International Scout Camp being held in the UK. The service I recieved from the Wristband Company was excellent. I sent them a copy of the logo we were using for the camp and the design team promtly came back with samples and suggested colours to use. Once the order was put in I recieved the wristband in a timely manner. The Wristbands withstood all the Scouts could throw at them during a week camp of various activities. I would recommend the Wristband Company.

We have been using The Wristband Company for several years to provide custom wristbands for Rempstone Steam & Country show. We use them primarily for entry control of our exhibitors and public camping. Their quality is excellent and delivery times incredible. We use their creation tool on the website and find it very easy to use

I ordered 2,100 lanyards and name badges from this company and the entire experience was extremely frustrating. Communication was very difficult from the start. The person I dealt with seemed completely unconcerned about whether the layout or design was correct, and the drafts that came back were often messy and wrong. I had to repeatedly send detailed instructions and corrections just to get the design close to what we had originally asked for.

Before approving the final print, I specifically asked them to confirm that the logos would be the correct way around this time. I made it very clear because there had already been confusion during the design process. I was assured that everything would be correct, so I approved the order.

When the order arrived, the logos were printed upside down.

For an order of 2,100 items, this level of carelessness is unacceptable. What makes it worse is that we were reassured the issue had been fixed before printing, which now feels completely misleading.

I do not recommend this company. If you want reliable service and attention to detail, go somewhere else to get the work done. This was a very disappointing experience and a disgraceful way to handle a customer order.

I have been using The Wristband Company for several years now for event lanyards, they offer a quick turnaround with a large variety of lanyard options. We tend to use the PET lanyards to help with our sustainability goals but I have seen all lanyards and they are all of good quality.
