Carl was understanding, non judgmental and simplified the mortgage application process every step of the way. I would not hesitate to recommend. In addition to Carl, he has the most fantastic team of support also; particular thanks to Charlotte who really went above and beyond by chasing First Port Management company for the information required by my solicitor to complete the mortgage. I was recommended to Think Mortgages by a friend who had used them in the past. I am a past mortgage broker and wish that we would have been able to conduct business in such a trying market as well. As long as you furnish them with the information when they require the service you receive will be second to none. Completed a remortgage very quick (in partnership with Optima legal services) and the information was clear and concise. The fees charged are very competitive (by that I mean great value for money) nothing was too much trouble and they kept us upto date on the progress even giving us a nudge when the leage team could not get hold of us. Top service highly recommend.
