One guy at the front desk is extremely rude, curt and dismissive.

Also their cancellation policy is that you have to give a full month, no matter the circumstances, I found out recently I have to move out the country and still they're making me pay an extra month because I'm a few days late on their 1 month notice.

With premium prices should come premium customer service, the lack of flexibility is baffling and reeks of predatory cash grabbing.

Alahna is the best! She always put a lot of effort curating her playlists and organising socials to cultivate a beautiful community of likeminded fitness enthusiasts.

It was good but the class is a bit too serious, as a social you’d expect more of a vibe / pop music. Also it was advertised a free shake / social and I travelled to a different gym for this only to be told there wasn’t a shake.

Brilliant team of professionals - classes are fantastic and very professional

Nothing else compares to Third Space - the team, the facilitates, its never too overcrowded, the spa areas are perfect for recovery. Expensive, but worth the investment if you use it for all the services

The most incredible gym ever. Every single aspect of fitness is covered here with the most incredible instructors (Melanie covered a few Pilates classes and she was incredible, gavin, sally, gabby, josh just a few honourable mentions) The concierge team are so welcoming and lovely, the housekeeping staff are so polite and always happy to help! Would highly recommend

Amazing gym with seemingly endless selection of classes. Always very clean and great variety of class content, many sites across London. Super helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Having been a member for 16 years, TTS never fails to disappoint! Whether it’s the high quality facilities to train or relax in, or the top of the range trainers in the group ex classes, I always come away feeling positive after my daily sesh! Long may it continue! Thank you team TTS!

I love Third Space Islington! From the sparkling clean gym and super friendly cleaners to the lovely people on reception (Sally, Hatita, Michaela, Rita and Gus), and all the amazing class staff - Teresa, Lou, Randal, Joe, Stephanie, Peace and Kristian! Third Space Clapham is a fantastic club. I use it mainly for the classes all of which I really enjoy, there is a great mixture on the timetable and lots of reformer Pilates classes too. All the coaches and staff are great and the changing rooms are maintained to an incredible clean standard!

It’s one of the best gyms in London - It’s welcoming and makes you want to go to the gym — the space, the instructors, the staff as well as the ambiance.

Modern, light and clean gym with abundance of classes and all the equipment one can think of.

A real third space for me between home and work. Excellent and regularly changing classes and a very useful app, which allows me to continue workouts when on the road, through a great catalogue of recorded sessions. Soho has been my home club for 15 years now and counting

Third Space does everything so well. To list just a few: -Across the board, the instructors are excellent. Classes start and end bang on time. If a class is cancelled (once or twice in my >1 year experience of going an average of 5x a week), they have offered something from the food bar as compensation. It's nice to have a place value my time. -It's clean! And cleaning staff are as professional as the rest of the team. Everything works. -Feedback and inquiries are acted upon promptly. -Overall, a great place that makes you feel good about being there.

Exceptional gym! Feels more like a second home than a gym. The third space team are wonderful, equipment is excellent and the classes are great. The changing rooms have everything (and more) that you need so you leave in a high vs. rushed / stressed. This gym is slightly less busy than some of the other third space gyms which really adds to its luxury feel. Hard to not be there each day!

Third Space Richmond is an outstanding gym — clean, modern, and well-equipped. The staff are friendly and professional, and there are so many classes to choose from, covering everything from strength and cardio to yoga and recovery. Highly recommend!
