Communication was not a strong point at all.

The solicitors created extra work for themselves by being slow and non-communicative; when processing a protective award claim which is an unknown subject for many claimants; a more proactive approach would have been far better.

If you’re after a service, sure they’re fine. If you’re after good customer service and want to be kept in the loop, I wouldn’t recommend Thompsons.
