Very slow refunds
Decent product, very slow refunds. Delivery time was reasonably quick and products were average. Refunds are painfully slow and customer service useless. On the verge of reporting to my bank for resolution.

I'm giving 2 stars for the communication from yourselves and the apologies and refund, I would have given more stars if I actually received my item... please stop using Evri because they clearly can't do what they're supposed to be doing like delivering to the correct location.

Bought jacket and it came with a rip on the outside of the pocket. Contacted customer service and was told that as I live in Ireland that I had to pay to return, even though it arrived faulty.

A lot of the reviews on here are people…
A lot of the reviews on here are people who’ve purchased from next and hence more about the product than the company.
My experience buying directly has been absolutely awful, the item came with a horrendous scent, awful, the fabric looked like it was starting to fray and it was horrible.
I’ve tried to return but they just make it super super difficult and their customer service is horrendous.
I don’t think the follow UK law well at all and I would recommend or buy from them again.
