Great service and support from the local three shop and Fashad.
I’ve been with Vodafone for over 35 years and prices kept going up with very little support for existing customers so after many calls to the online team and 2 visits to the local Vodafone shop, the prices of the options they offered me and my family were still significantly more than three - for the same package etc.
Fashad at the shop in Bangor ( North Wales ) was able to offer me a better, cheaper package and being three a better network coverage than Vodafone where we lived.

Lovely Assistants at Bangor
I rushed to my local 3 store today, which is in Bangor, North Wales. I had lost my phone and needed a replacement and just some help! Both shop assistants were so helpful and lovely. I calmed down once they talked me through my options. I left with a new phone and was calm and happy! Thank you.
