I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with this provider. While travelling in Europe, I purchased a roaming pass expecting to be able to use my phone as advertised. The company charged me for the pass, but it never worked during my trip. I contacted customer service for assistance, but the issue was not resolved, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. Overall, I paid for a service that I couldn’t use, which was extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this provider unless they improve both the reliability of their roaming service and their customer support.

The customer service assistant Shaz and Trainee manager are so professional, they solve the queries i came with and Shaz made me aware of the benefits I have as 3G customer and I was able to get the benefits, they are very professional and friendly.

I came in to upgrade my sim contract…
I came in to upgrade my sim contract and i was offered a new deal which includes roaming and that was very good for me for my travels. Thank you Ogo.
