Amazing customer service
Due to being scammed recently by people pretending to be Three, which had to be reported, we were reluctant to reinstate our direct debit on line or via the phone. We went to the Three store on High Street, Birmingham and Ibrar was superb in helping us giving us amazing service for which we are extremely thankful.

Ibrar was very patient and helpful
Ibrar was very patient and helpful. He took his time to answer all of our questions. The level of customer service he demonstrated convinced us to make a purchase.
we were only in Birmingham for a day visit .
I could have bought in derby a few days ago but I felt the advisor was not patient and spoke too fast.
And was rushing me .
Ibrar had a human touch and was empathetic.
