Great service.
Max was lovely. He upgraded mine and my husbands phones and moved all our family photos onto our new phones. Service with a smile, couldn't ask for more. Will be recommending to all my family and friends.

Great staff in store
Jake is an asset to your Blackpool store. Genuinely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Store manager also extremely helpful and tried his best to sort an issue that arose.

Went into the three store in Blackpool…
Went into the three store in Blackpool this afternoon and was served by Jake. He was a new trainee member and his conduct and mannerism was second to none!! Very professional and polite. It was a pleasure to do business with him. A young asset to any company. I only went in initially to enquire about my old broadband contract expiring and wanting to know how much notice I would have to give as I was looking for a new deal. I can away with a new broadband deal and also a new I- phone17 deal……… all down to the customer service I received from that young man!!
