Called in to collect my iPhone 17 pro max
Called in to collect my iPhone 17 pro max from my online upgrade and was greeted by two lovely staff members who dealt with my order promptly and with friendly smiles
I asked Shannon about cases and screen protectors and she showed me a good range of options. I asked if she did fitting service as I’m useless at putting them on as I always gets loads of bubbles on them, she said they don’t normally offer the service but as I asked nicely she would do it for me
She fitted them quickly and very professionally I gave her a 10/10 review and thanked her and left.
I heartily recommend this branch of three 3 to anyone who is thinking of buying or upgrading their phones

Great customer service Shannon and the three staff
I would just like to say as a regular customer of three and with being with them over several years the customer service has been brilliant and especially one member of staff called Shannon I came to see her about 2 problems that I was having with my internet on my broadband and she was great with another query that I had as well and each time she gave me great valuable advice on what to do and everything was solved thank you Shannon and carry on with the great service your providing.

Upgrade iPhone issue
I upgraded my phone in the 3 store in Bolton deansgate last week and previously left a review as I had a great expert experience (Shannon sorted my upgrade).
I just wanted to write a follow up review as well as I had an issue with my quote a week later for my traded in device I sent back.
I went to the store so this could be sorted and the staff went above and beyond to sort out the issue.
Brendan in particular handled the issue I had quickly and his manager and the other members of staff at the store were great! (The issue I had was not because of the staff in store).
I seem to have issues when contacting 3 via telephone however in store I never have any issues which is why I make a point of visiting them in person.
Can’t fault the service I always receive in store and they all seem to have a great working relationship between them as well which is so lovely to see.
Fantastic experience and I will be visiting the store for my next upgrade in a few years! Please pass this on as I really think this whole team is fantastic!
