I was helped by Martin who undid the mess I made online 🤣 . Quick process and no pushy hard sell but showed me any offers I might be interested in and moved quickly on if I opted not to have them. Good experience.

What an absolutely super team you have in your Bracknell Branch.
I simply cannot thank them enough for their time, attention, and kind patience taken with me today.
I have been so stressed and anxious recently trying to fathom out what I am paying for, since making some changes to my phone and dongle accounts at another Three Branch.
The staff in Bracknell were knowledgeable, professional, and really went into great depth to look at my accounts and resolve things for me.
Thank you to all 4 members of the team today, especially Conor, Francine, another lovely young lady, whose name I didn’t get, and the manager. They were all brilliant, but Conor was totally amazing.

Noor was an amazing at her job she had tremendous knowledge on products and very helpful. I am very happy with my visit at the store.

The manager Steve was so helpful and patient. I even had to go back to the shop the next day for another problem and he sorted it out in about 10 minutes.
