3 store at Cabot Circus
Not one for leaving a review especially when I haven't been prompted to by company but I would just like to personally thank Jack at Threes Cabot Circus store in Bristol. My contract had expired a couple of years ago but put off changing it following the service I had previously experienced in my local store and over the phone through their call centres. Jack was very competent & polite and kindly sorted out my old contract and set up 2 new ones. I hope the company recognises his good work.

I want to give a huge thank you to Jack…
I want to give a huge thank you to Jack for helping me sort out my eSIM when I was completely stressed and confused. He took his time, stayed patient, and guided me through every step without making me feel rushed or embarrassed for not knowing what to do. His kindness, calm attitude, and genuine willingness to help made the whole process so much easier, and because of him my phone is finally working again. I’m truly grateful Jack really went above and beyond, and it meant a lot to me.
