Was an unfortunate victim of fraud and had lost all connection to my phone sim. I walked in to the Three store in Bromley where Jamie superbly got me back up and running within a few minutes. He was patient, conversational and exuded confidence and experience. A true credit to the business.

I visited my local Bromley three store and two ladies Shereen and rodica were absolutely Amazing! I had many issues trying to sort out a blocked phone and then e SIM via customer services and telephone and these two ladies salted the issue and knew exactly what they was doing with the device. Absolutely amazing customer service

Jamie Lawrence in the Bromley three store was amazing. I stupidly gave my details over to frauds. Jamie was efficient and handled the situation exceptionally well and quickly. Would recommend him to be a manager or any higher position. Would recommend him to deal with any customer issues.

Having been miss sold a mobile sim only deal by Mo and having received a message about being charged to cancel I went to the Bromley store and saw a very nice helpful chap named Jamie. He dealt with the issue quickly, efficiently and with good nature and very polite. I can’t praise him enough, he restored confidence with Three.he is a credit to the company. Thanks again Jamie.
