I had to visit the store today to do a name change and re new x3 contracts. I was greeted by Will who completed ALL the tasks needed and he saved me money!
I was in the store for almost 2 hours, Will was friendly and proffesional. I came home knowing that it was time well spent in the store

Will and Rob were amazing with helping…
Will and Rob were amazing with helping me set up a new phone and contract and also amend my existing contract. They helped me with every step and could not be any more helpful. I felt comfortable enough to ask them silly questions and nothing was too much trouble.
I am very grateful that it was easy to come into store and get sorted.

I have started using Three for my broadband in my Airbnb properties, this is the 3rd time coming into store, today I’ve been served by Ben who has been extremely helpful, I have also been served by Liam both from the Cannock store and I can’t recommend them enough!

Phone contract renewal
Extremely helpful staff, very knowledgeable and courteous without making you feel stupid even though where phones are concerned we definitely are.
Also found us a great deal not to be beaten I wouldn't think.
All in all, fully deserving 5star review.
