Alex was very helpful! Got me a cheaper deal on my sim card contract and also sorted my broadband for my new home which I was stressing about as my usual broadband provider takes weeks to install. Been a customer for over 20 years with 3! Great service!

Amazing service!
Shannon and Jack made the whole process of reviewing my plan incredibly smooth and stress-free. They took the time to really understand what I needed, asked the right questions, and quickly narrowed down the options to something that actually fit me.
What stood out most was how easy they were to talk to and how clearly they explained everything. I never felt rushed or confused, and they were always focused on finding the best deal rather than just pushing options.
