A great experience.
Ryan has been very helpful, friendly and informative. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly, he was very approachable. He clearly has the customer's best interests at heart. Great experience. He is a wonderful example of the great customer service I have had from Three in Chatham, and why I have been with Three for so long.

My partner went into the Three shop to…
My partner went into the Three shop to ask where we can find TalkMobile shop. Nancy told us that the closest store is about 10mins drive. Nancy kindly asked if she can help. I explained my issue with calls. Nancy tested my phone and sim and it seems that it may be my phone has the issue. Nancy offered to go some of Three’s offer and found one perfect for me. She was wonderful, very clear and made the whole process so easy and simple for someone who is not good with technology.
