Exceptional service
What made my experience exceptional is the service, the friendly manner and patience. I say that as I am not good with IT. Harvey in the Chichester branch is amazing. No matter how many times I have gone into the shop I get the best service. In fact it is the best 3G shop. They are an asset to 3G.

SIM card / broadband
Very helpful Martin did everything for us so we had nothing to do SIM cards and broadband could not faulted the service I received thank you

Martin from customer service at the Chichester store was fantastic, patient and able to explain us the process throughout, which enabled myself and my husband to make an informed choice.

Jake Hall at the Three Store was incredibly friendly, helpful, and resourceful. He took the time to resolve all my broadband issues, carefully checking and correcting my settings to make sure everything was connecting properly. He also helped improve my broadband speed and explained things clearly along the way. Excellent customer service from start to finish – a real credit to the Three Store.
