Not professional, been put in the most expensive plan without even give other options or better plans. Been Three customer for many years and never seen a customer service like this.
I would just stay away from that store and employees

Kerel was such a helpful member of staff! I came in 30 mins before close, he answered all my questions and supported me with SIM issues, and helped me sort out the new phone I had been wanting to buy. Very friendly and efficient!
