Mitch was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, including all the terms and conditions, and made sure we fully understood every detail before making any decisions.
He was extremely polite, professional, and welcoming throughout the entire experience. He smiled the whole time, made us feel very comfortable, and created such a relaxed and positive atmosphere.
Customer service like this is rare to find these days. Mitch went above and beyond to help us, and it genuinely made the experience enjoyable and stress-free.

Called in store having signal problems. Spoke to Maureen. She was brilliant went through things with me and sorted a new duplicate sim card.
Super friendly and really wanted to help.
