No internet connection
A serious problem developed with my phone, rendering it unable to connect to the internet. Lyndon set about finding the problem and resolving it. He went the extra mile to do this, which I am eternally grateful for.

Mitch was fantastic an absolute pleasure to deal with and this was one of my favourite customer service experiences, I've dealt with many phone companies over the years and three are my favourite by a mile.
