Negative Feedback – East Ham Three Store
I recently visited the Three store in East Ham, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
The staff seemed to have very little patience and did not appear interested in helping customers. The way some staff members spoke to and treated guests was quite rude and unprofessional. It also felt like they were more interested in getting customers out of the store rather than providing proper customer service.
One particular staff member was especially disappointing. Bangladesh girl She seemed very uninterested in her work, was frequently on her phone, and did not communicate with customers in a polite or professional manner. Her attitude made the overall experience uncomfortable.
I want to mention that the other staff members were doing a good job and were much more professional. However, the behaviour of certain staff members is seriously affecting the customer experience.
If the service continues like this, Three could lose customers from the East Ham store. I strongly recommend that management review the staff's behaviour and customer-service standards and take appropriate action.

Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. I had a fraud on my account and it was resolved very quickly and my money was refunded too, he has explained this very patiently and I like East ham because of this now. Yas is truly a gentlemen and very nice.

Accessibility 5*
Everyone at the store was extremely helpful particularly Mahon who helped us deal with getting our new contract.
Also as a wheelchair user the fact that the store had a ramp available to access the shop was amazing and made the experience that much better.
