Bad company to deal with
This company has been so bad to my wife as they took advantage of my wifes language barrier and when she went to cancel the contract at the branch Edgware (north London). The staff at that branch abused their power as they opened a new phone contract without my wife’s knowledge therefore she kept getting charged without her will. We have been fighting three for two years now despite the fact that we paid the bill in full they still gave her a bad credit report that is now affecting us in getting a mortgage. People please be aware because they are not based in the Uk they are based in India and no one will help when you contact them to sort out this matter. They pass you from people to people and they don’t understand the frustration and damaged this company have caused our family. We are very honest people, we pay our way in life and we would never dismiss such a big problem and how this got so far, it has created so much stress and has affected our lives. We will never ever go with three and we would never recommend this company to our family and friends.

this company is the worse to have…
this company is the worse to have service with. i wish i could give them score of 0 but still they are shit. the take out of the direct debit to charge you extra without informing you and also service doesnt work certain area which makes even shit
