Today I was in 3 to get a new phone and was helped by Pardeep. He was very helpful and knowledgeable on everything we needed. He was extremely friendly and explained everything patiently.Will absolutely be back.

Very friendly staff. Sat down and talked through deals and what I needed/wanted. Ended up with a great deal that exceeded my expectations. Luke was excellent throughout and very friendly/helpful.

New phone
I popped in to the store as my phone kept turning off and was almost impossible to use. I tried looking online but I found it very confusing.
I was very warmly welcomed into the store by Andrea and she proceeded to talked me through options for new phones. She compared three different phones and went over each of the phones features to make sure I was making an informed decision.
I walked away with a new phone ordered, it arrived the other day and is great. I am so happy I popped in and I honestly cannot fault the service. Thank you very much Andrea!

Mark at the braehead 3 sfore was exceptional for customer service he was kind politely spoken very patient when we were trying to change our sim contract number because of spam and bot farm calls he even helped us phone 3 business and the line was super quiet and the lady at the other end her accent was hard to make out n repetitive however like an absolute professional he dealt with her on our behalf calmly and got the job done he is an absolute shining example of what customer service should be like all the time and deserves a bonus raise or gift card for his professionalism - he is an absolute credit to the store blown away with our experience - 100 out of ten for mark

Brilliant 3 Store
Staff were so friendly, made the process so easy... we updated a contract and got a new sim card all in the space of 10 minutes and saved so much money compared to other providers, big thanks to Nicole! :)
