Fantastic seamless and friendly experience. Carol, in particular, was very helpful and accommodating. I haven’t been into a phone store for years and was worried about it being intimidating, especially as I just wanted a sim contract with the lowest usage. I was immediately put at ease however by Carol’s welcoming smile and relaxed approach. There was no pressure, and the focus was on my needs only.
She also clearly explained what would happen with my old phone number and how I could pair my watch. No confusion at all and it’s just been an easy switch without any fuss! Absolutely spot on service. Thank you.

Want to credit Ashley as he has looked after my family every time we have visited explained everything clearly and given us a good deal. All the staff in the shop are helpful and give you time which is important especially a my dad has had a stroke and takes longer to understand things. I have a new contract which is good value and meets my needs thank you Raj. Everything is always explained and time is given which is a rare quality now and greatly appreciated.
