I have no major concerns regarding the customer service at the Hartlepool store, as the customer assistance staff were very accommodating and helpful.
However, I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service. I was promised next-day delivery for my order, but on the supposed delivery date (today, 22nd May), I received the following text notification:
“There has been a delay with your order. It will now be dispatched today for delivery Tuesday, 26/05/2026. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.”
This means there will be a four-day delay from the original promised delivery date. I had accepted the original schedule because it was my day off, ensuring someone would be available to receive the order. Unfortunately, the new delivery date is no longer my day off, and there will be nobody available to receive it.
This is very disappointing and frustrating, especially after being promised next-day delivery.
