Alfie was very welcoming, knowledgeable and he explained everything very clearly. He was very helpful and also very patient - it took us a while to make a decision.
We left the store very happy with our purchase and it was, overall, a great experience.

Alfie and the other member of staff were so helpful. Managed to sort out a hub in 15 minutes. I wish I’d visited the store 2 month an ago instead of spending hours/days on the phone to Sky and EE trying to get something working in my new home. I hope they don’t get rid of the the high st store. I was so grateful to talk to humans. Three you have great staff, I’ll be back to switch my mobile over too!

We second time bought a phone on that store. And we were served by Mr.Riyaz and whenever we visited there that man helped us lot. He gave us proper understanding. Everything is amazing.
