Kit and kaz helped me sort my phone this morning, I wasn't receiveing incoming or out going calls they very helpful and great customer service. It took a while but they were patient thanks guys🙂

Excellent service from harmony and kat the manager. Service was outstanding and I recommend you to go to this store . Your manager also brought me a coffee from outside. Wow absolutely amazing store . Thanku to you all . Its a shame the company didn't deliver me usage for the home broadband. Shocking service from there HQ . Really bad .

Amazing service
Ket, the manager, has always been incredibly helpful whenever I’ve had a question or needed help finding the right product. This time, both he and Kas went above and beyond to help me get a new iPhone that fit my budget. They were also fantastic with my little one, keeping him occupied while I sorted everything out.
Thank you both again for the excellent service! Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Karol (Kaz?) and Seb, the 2 members of staff who helped me were excellent, informative and knowledgable, they understood what I wanted and helped me achieve it, they were also very patient with me. I left the store very a happy customer.

Came in with home broadband issues
Came in with home broadband issues, was greeted by a lovely happy chappy that took me to harmony. She made my whole time spent with herself more enjoyable and felt relaxed.
Couldn’t believe that I could get back online within a small amount of time!
Very friendly team, fantastic service in store.
