My partner and I had the pleasure of being helped by Jovania today in the High Street Kensington branch.
We’ve both been customers for years and it’s great to see that 3 mobile still believe in great customer service.
We managed to upgrade our phone, get the best monthly plan and Jovania even checked when our home internet expired and gave us price plans for future reference.
All in all, fantastic experience with knowledgable staff and great customer service.

Ai was helpful from the outset, showing me not only what I specifically asked for, but also alternatives which turned out to be better. I went into the shop to buy a dongle device, and ended up with a home broadband hub as well as a mobile one, to fit my current circumstances perfectly. She was also able to sell me the phone earbuds and phone protector which my long term phone provider couldn’t. I might just change phone provider altogether.
