Ben tried everything to sort out the problem with my phone. In the end I bought a new one.
Everything transferrd, even showed me stuff I didn't know were on the phone

Nipped into my local 3 branch after I didn’t have any service on my SIM card. Sam helped me regain service and made sure I knew all of the offers relevant to me. Recommend this branch to anyone looking to change their supplier.

Pedro was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. He listened to what we wanted and found us exactly what we were after with no fuss. He made the whole process very easy and straightforward. The store is lucky to have him work there.

Came in to buy a contract phone was hesitant going with 3 however Sam listened to all the questions I had and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. Another colleague Pedro also mentioned about the 3 reward with cafe nero very satisfied. Can't fault nothing here deffinatley the best customer service ever.
