Really helpful lady in lancaster
I bought a new phone elsehwere im with three for my sim, they wouldnt help me set up my new phone so i went to a three store in lancaster and jodie helped me and talked me through my new phone she helped me transfer my data. She was so helpful and when she asked if i would review her service i was more than happy too.

Wonderful service instore

Great service in store
Izzie helped me get a new phone she asked me lots of questions and showed me some options, she was fabulous and very thorough. She set my new phone up for me and helped me transfer my data , she was warm and welcoming and happy throughout. Highly recommend

My phone was playing up and could barely do anything so I went to the store for support and walked out with another which they set up for me, the only downside was I forgot the password to my old email but they set me up a new one and got all my stuff across. Very grateful for that.

The girls were amazing…
Had a problem with my old phone,was served my izzie and jodie . My old phone was goosed so they sorted me a new one out. Both girls werr great! We had a laugh.
