After inadvertently downloading MANY viruses last night making this phone pretty much worthless in desperation I called into your Merrion Centre for help.
The chap who helped me, the assistant manager I believe truly did go to the end degree to get me sorted. I've been in Sales/Sales management for most of my life and if I hadn't retired recently I would be offering this young man a job so professional and helpful was he.
Please pass on my thanks and i can assure you that due to his efforts you now have me as a customer to life
