After a really frustrating experience elsewhere, she was incredibly helpful, nice, and calm throughout the entire process. She made the whole transition seamless, sorted my new iPhone contract effortlessly, and completely turned my day around. Absolutely stellar customer service, thank you so much!

Minus 1000 stars!!!AVOID!!!
Minus 1000 stars! The internet and services never work properly. The security is overly pedantic and does not work either. The customer service sucks balls as nobody listens, they are perfidious and stressful to disabled customers. They are trying to keep me in a contract when I told them for 7 days during the cooling off period that I demand to leave!!! They lack compassion and mindfulness...AVOID at all costs!!!

Marcus was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He sorted my upgrade super quickly and easily, everything was explained clearly and I even got a reduction in my wifi price. The free power pack, phone case & screen protector was a really nice unexpected bonus. Marcus was very friendly, personable, helpful and knowledgeable. I have never had any problems with Three and it’s why I’ve been with them so long. Brilliant customer service. Thank you so much, Marcus!
