Excellent, honest customer service, timely resolution to my two problems, service with a smile and very informative. Got me a good set up sorted within half an hour. Would recommend again. Marcus was genuine and helpful and Is a credit to Three.

Great support
We called in the Manchester branch on Market Street and a lovely guy named Attique helped me with the new phone I purchased in January from the Ashton- Under-Lyne branch.
I was having trouble with the phone cutting out on calls and no signal sometimes.

Setting up broadband
Went in store to collect my device and was told by Marcus I could have a better device for the same price. The customer service was great and very thorough. I would highly recommend!
