No more loud noises
I came into this shop because my phone was old and wouldn’t stop making loud noises at me. Distressing noises.
Elizabeth helped me find a new phone that lets me watch my YouTube videos in peace. Excellent service and no more distressing sounds from my phone.
Thank you for helping me with these noises. They were very loud.

Went in looking a tablet for my daughter,a lovely girl called Niamh approached and I explained what I was looking for as I'm not tech savvy,she went through everything with me, explained it clearly in a way I understood and was very knowledgeable,the staff are a credit to 3,you want to hold on to that girl she's an asset to any company,all in all an extremely enjoyable experience

Patient staff!
I upgraded over the phone but was having issues swapping over to my new phone. Elizabeth was the one who helped me and she was great and didn't charge me anything.

Stolen phone
Had my phone stolen at the weekend and the fella in the store helped block my phone and get a new SIM with my same number sorted at the same time, very pleased

Very good service
My broadband wasn't working and when I went into store they tested it and found my router was faulty, after checking my account they found I was due a free upgrade and could get a replacement router and at a cheaper price than I was currently paying. Very happy with service I received

Got served today by Alfred, he was very polite and patient and helped set a new phone for my father, he was great and really helped make the process as painless as poss

Went into store after getting my phone stolen, and the advisor was great, getting my previous phone blacklisted, and replacing my sim very quickly, great customer service and helped to reassure me that the thief would not be able to access my phone
