Company isn’t the best however the lovely lady Gabriela that helped us while we was in the Norwich store today was absolutely brilliant. Not only was she helpful in sorting our sim contracts but she was also more than happy to play around with my little girl who was in store with us today. I hope her manager sees this

Nathan was brilliant
I am a complete technophobe when it comes to phones and delay replacing them (let alone changing service provider) because it stresses me out so much. Nathan was patient and explained everything to me in words of one syallble (😂) and helped it be a stress free visit. I got a great phone at a great price.
