Tom helped me get the virus off of my phone. Brilliant service. I came in with several viruses and malware on my phone but tom quickly and efficiently got rid of them and my phone back up and running quickly!

I came in wanting a new unlimited data sim for my old mifi box. Tom was very fast efficient and helpful in getting it set up for me. Brilliant service couldn't have asked for more.

Danny in the Nottingham Store was fab
After contacting the Business Broadband team for help with our charity’s 5G equipment, they suggested I visit our nearest store. Danny in the Nottingham Store was fab, from listening to the problem we had to offering advice/solutions. It’s great to have such support on hand when we need it.

Dropped in at Long Row, Nottingham to check on my contact and my daughter's contracts.

Great service from Joshua
Came in to the store to get a quote on a new phone and sim as my contract ends with another provider in 3 months, i spoke to a guy called Joshua and he helped me find a perfect price for what I was looking at that also included a tablet I will be back in 2 months for the phone

Helpful & Knowledgeable
Excellent service from helpful & knowledgeable Michaela. She sorted out a new contract for us which was better than the one we found on the Three web site.
The process was thoroughly explained & she arranged for the transfer of existing numbers etc.
