Both Chris and Jak were amazing today
Both Chris and Jak were amazing today. I had issues with reinstalling WhatsApp to my phone and I was feeling quite stressed. I sadly lost my mum a couple of weeks ago and WhatsApp was/is a support for friends/family. When they sorted it out I was so relieved and thankful!
They were both kind and patient and made my day massively brighter- thank you both again.

Came in to store looking for a solution to my damaged phone. Spoke with Millie who began giving me options for insurance claim or upgrade, hiding no information. Very happy customer, leaving with a new phone at no extra cost.
