In went into 02 first to continue my contract and all the staff were so unhappy so I left! Sarah and her team in three was very helpful and full of smiles.

I was seen by Nicki
I was seen by Nicki, she was absolutely brilliant, helpful and went above and beyond to help me. She helped me set up the phone and got my WhatsApp account back up running. She's an asset to the company and I will always come back to see only her. She was extremely helpful and kind. There is not enough I can say about her kind character.

Mara was super helpful
Mara was super helpful. I was picking up the mobile broadband package to use at home, but finally got the home broadband package, and the mobile phone sim card with a far more valuable than what I have. Never thought the in store experience would be this great.

Great service, only came in to see nikki as shes so helpful, and such an easy process to upgrade my phone she talks me through everything I need to know and makes it such a simple process!

I was served by nikki. Brilliant service from start to finish! Got exactly what i needed plus a bit more - fab deal especially for the New Year! Will most likely transfer another couple of lines over. Set up the home broadband for me in store which meant all I'd have to do at home is plug in the device!!
