Hi, I came into the store yesterday and just wanted to say how impressed I was with the service I received. Maksym, who helped me, was exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful in guiding me through the new contract and phone options. It made the whole process feel effortless, which is quite rare. Please do pass on my thanks! I really appreciated the experience.
