Unfortunately, being a complete technophobe, I have needed a lot of help extending my phone contract with 3 to incorporate wi fi at home. Fortunately, both Gary and Alex at the store in Trowbridge have been incredibly helpful, professional and accommodating.

Was having major problems with my previous provider ( Voxi ). So went in store to talk to Gary and see if I could sort out a new provider and home broadband . Half an hour later , I’m leaving with the perfect set up . Brilliant job .

Alex and Gary were very helpful and quick! I needed to purchase a new phone as i dropped and damaged mine. They helped me with the set up for the new one very quickly knowing i had to be somewhere else! Would highly recommend
