Kat gave some great unbiased advise. I was so impressed that I came back few days later and renewed three contracts via her, I was really impressed with her, relaxed personalised service.

Polite, helpful and clear
Kat helped us in store today. She was very polite and helpful. She clearly explained everything for my elderly mum. She explained the options and costs clearly and wrote them down. She was charming, patient and a delight to deal with.
