Farid was extremely helpful. We came in with a problem we had a previous account that had an outstanding balance and we needed to close as it was affecting our credit score. He ensured to help and support us throughout the whole journey of the cancellation. Honestly very grateful

I visited three Welwyn garden city…
I visited three Welwyn garden city branch on Sunday, with a broadband issue.
Aidan couldn’t have been more helpful giving me expert advice saving me money on the product I purchased. Aidan also assisted me with a dispute I had which saved me close on £500.
I can’t thank the Welwyn garden city branch team enough, they are a credit to their company.

At 3 I found what I really needed …
I went to 3 store as I had my wifi disconnected with other service provider and as a work from home employee I needed something instant and I got what I exactly needed. Customer assistant Taslimah was really great and helped me understand how the wifi worked and provided me with all the required information.

Met the lads in store today Rhys nick and Aiden. im genuinely honoured to be served by them. I had a few issues with my email which were sorted out no problem , my wife also joined network and we was shown how to keep the number and given the sim pin to pop the new sim in once the number changes which will come in handy. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and I can finally get my BBC !
